Agree on the substitutions but the rest is confidence which is low. A draw against tenacious, but not great, opposition but in the current predicament we find ourselves in, it is a very small step in the right direction.

If it wasn't for Ludo's third choice keeper suffering a rush of blood in injury time at Anfield, we'd have no wins and be out already.

Ludo will get thrashed in the Bernabeu so if we don't beat Basel, we'll be dumped into the Europa. Not sure whether that's a good thing, given the negative affect playing Thursday/Sunday seems to have on other clubs.

imagine if their keeper didnt bottled it in 92 minute at home to us, you know what's frightening ? they were better than us in the 2 games we played against them and they deserved alot more than 1 point from the double, incredible, this has no excuse, a team that has a budget of 5-6 million euros played better than us in 2 games

Was weird watching the performance tonight. At times we looked to do something good and then we'd do something that would F**k it up. Pissed me off how many times the ball was available around their 18 yard box and the likes of Gerrard and Sterling would rather track back into a defensive position than go for the ball. Sitting deep at the end of games just encourages the other team to pile people forward and yet again we dropped points. Also, I wish Sterling would stop just standing there when the ball comes at him in the air, he just lets the other player take the ball without a battle. Frustrates the sh*t out of me!


All in all, the situation hasn't changed, we still have to beat Basel to go through. I however, can't see it happening at present which is depressing to say! Johnson and Gerrard shouldn't play in the next game against Basel, play Moreno and Lallana instead.
