Great all round effort from the lads, wouldn't say there was 1 star performer but my MOTM goes to Mignolet, as everyone else has said: looks a completely different keeper to the one earlier this season. Henderson and Allen both done very well in the middle and happy with the effort from Balotelli again.

They can play him in goal as long as he brings the  F.A. Cup  back to Anfield, What a way that would be to end his Liverpool career. Back to the Palace match some of Henderson's passes was in the best  Stevie tradition. It is good to see Mario putting in the effort and he deserved a goal with that shot that Lallana put away.

sturridge's goal is an example of what we have been missing for most of the year.  that clinical and killer instinct. first to make that run and second to pull off the execution

balo also is playing better. personally i believe it is the combination of him adopting to BR's style and he finally has another real striker up front to divert some of the heat
