Off to bed, early start tomorrow, up at 6 for the trip to Southampton, bad news for Firmino and us !! Hope we can manage without him, he's become such an integral part of the team, get well soon Roberto.

      Mignolet

      Flanagan
      Sakho
      Lovren
      Clyne

      Henderson
      Milner
      Can

      Coutinho
      Sturridge
      Lallana

I'd imagine the team picks itself for this one.

Why is Albrighton playing for the league title? Is he not worse than Downing? So for F**k sake why

      Wrong thread mate.

I hope this injury for Firmino isn't serious. If it is just a knock then it came at a good time because of the international break after Southampton.

Firmino out for two weeks. Origi has to start. Not sure about Sturridge. Looks preparing himself for the European Cup. Do you like Roy? F**k off Daniel. Come on Benteke lets show these Albion wanabe the club story. F**k them. We are Liverpool. F**k Roy Hodgson

Loadza goals, if my bet is as good as Cheltenham then you bank on 3:2 Liverpool win.

What are you on about? We've not got a clue yet as to how long Firmino is out for. In what way does Sturridge look like he's preparing himself for the Euros? If he continues to perform as he has done since his return from injury, he won't be playing in the Euros.

I'm not sure what the Benteke bit means nor the Albion bit. As for the last bit, who are you telling to F**k off this time?

      I'd go with:

Mignolet; Clyne, Lovren, Sakho, Flanagan (wouldn't risk Moreno); Can, Allen, Henderson, Coutinho; Sturridge, Origi.

Can and Allen were both excellent against Southampton earlier this season. As were Sturridge and Origi when they played together. Gives us Firmino and Lallana to use as impact subs if we're in need of a goal later on.

Was thinking the same, get Origi in the same front three as Studge, it certainly did the trick last time around at St Mary's and Studge looks like needs a foil up there with him because he hasn't been on it despite the minutes & training he has been getting. I'd bring Flanno in for Vltne for this one.

Tricky game, coming so soon after knocking the Mancs out of the Europa cup. Strongest team possible, although not sure what to expect tbh.

I'm sure if we perform at the same level as we have in the last 3 games, we will have too much for Saints, but they are no mugs and can be quite a decent footballing side if they get time and space. The high press is a must for this to unsettle them early.
Usual foil, get an early goal, then they have to open up a bit.
      I'd go with...

                                                     MIGS
                                CLYNE   LOVREN    SAHKO   FLANNO
                                                    LUCAS
                                             CAN           ALLEN
                                                    COUTS
                                    STURRIDGE            ORIGI

Give Hendo the break he needs to recoup, Firmino obviously injured, will miss him, Put Milner on to shore up the middle later on, to close out the game and defend our 2 goal advantage.... ;D

Another must win game, as someone in mancfuckster is gonna drop points, or maybe both ! ;D

Big game this one. Not a glamorous fixture but it will be one of the toughest we face between now and the end of the season. It's our own six pointer as these are 1 position above us in the league, though we do have those 2 games in hand. Win here and that rules these out of any challenge and propels us closer to 4th.

The door to Champions League football next season is opening up a little, and come out of this with a win and it could be race on.
