Hope we will play full strength team tonight. We have more than a week before Villareal and we can rest some of starters on Saturday.

Talking to some Everton lads and they are really despondent, they blame all their sh*t luck - not on LFC but on Martinez, they want him gone yesterday.
Nothing at all to do with injuries, lack of money, club infrastructure, LFC or anything else - it's all down to Martinez.
Probably as good a blame sponge as LFC.

Get the feeling they have given up on the derby result.

That comeback against Dortmund probably didn't help their mood either  :D

I don't want to put a downer on the evening but to be honest, every time I feel this confident we either lose or draw.

Just hope the players are not thinking this will be a stroll. Maybe it'll be good to stick the youngsters out there who want to prove their first team potentional and play with heart.

My Other half is a Blue, not a bitter one I must add, but he's had enough of Martinez and just wants him gone. Like quite a lot of them he's so desperate to see him gone, that he dreads them winning the FA cup, 'cos then they'd be stuck with him.
I just want us to batter them, quietly confident that is what'll happen. Can't wait!

I do think Martinez will leave this summer, maybe not sacked but I don't think he'll want to go in the direction this new investor wants to go.

I remember when he turned us down, his wife said one of the reasons was the big branding, marketing and worldwide sales pitch the Americans would use.  He's not into all that, he likes the local connections, the connection with local people, local businesses, all of which he had at Swansea, Wigan and now at Everton.

Anyway enough of them, we're going to absolutely batter them tonight.

The thing with Martinez is he can't tell his arse from his elbow, I don't think he has a direction. He's never going to manage a big team if he doesn't like the money from those marketing tools.

Struggling to remember a derby with less hype in the last few years. There seems to be no worries about it which worries me more.

You'd expect us to win and i think everybody does, even them, which worries me if you get me?

The worrying thing is mate you worry too much, which is very worrying, take me,I'm not worried at all, in fact you could argue that my lack of worry is indeed worrying, but don't worry about it mate, your worrying over nothing at all, which could be construed as worryingly worrisome, Tut tut, see, now I'm worried if I've spelt worrisome the right way, bet you're not worried tho, are you?   ;D

Even if I took the rivalry out of it, there is something about their fans and ground that is the opposite of joy and sports. it's a bleak set up. So I don't know how any of them mangers would be drawn to the place, plus they don't show ambition... anyway all I'm concerned about is my team, I'll check out their tantrums and protests with a keen interest :)
