Well, it makes a change to see youngsters holding West Brom to a draw on the last day as opposed to the first team getting thrashed to Stoke last year.

Progress surely - and some decent talent in there too.

He's a typical Barca youth product mate. 

Loads of technical ability, good close control etc not that pacey but quick enough.  He's not a winger in the traditional sense he's more a wide attacking player but can play as striker. 

Who is he like - a bit similar to Pedro in where he plays.

Will he make it - that's always the million dollar question mate.  He's as good a chance as any if he works hard and listens to the coaches.

Yeah I'd like to hear BigMick's defence of Benteke for this game, perhaps we didn't deliver balls into the box in quite the right way for him ;-).
In all seriousness the sooner we get rid the better, I think he is a decent enough striker, just not for us.

Haven't been about for a bit, but caught glimpses of the game and the youngsters looked alright, didn't they? Awesome stuff. I have high hopes for the future, especially with Klopp developing them.

Sky Germany was skipping back and forth between our game and the City match, so can't really give a match evaluation. Doesn't look like Big Ben did his reputation any good, and you defence looks dodgy as ever. Given the team we played an point was probably as good as could be expected.

Horrific premier league campaign. Let's draw a line under it and start fresh next season.

what a weird season that was and probably not worth discussing because of so many variables and events off the field.

Our second team playing a Tony Pullis side. Yet I didn't feel "it was coming" or "we're asking for it". Much better than last year's 6-1 Stoke though no fanfare here.
