Strange thing to say but a good counter attacking side would take England to the cleaners

Sturridge and Vardy on for Sterling and Kane would not go a miss.

I think so. Don't always look so confident passing it or taking it out from the centre either. Full backs Walker and Rose are fantastic though.

Lallana is England's best player atm!!

Although he's missed our 2 best chances, passed when it was obvious Kane was offside. I think that half really highlighted what Lallana's issues are because he did indeed play well and should have been brimming with confidence but when that moment came he just stutters.

      Side note:

Does anyone else think OM's Velodrome looks familiar?

The Stade de Velodrome never used to have a roof did it? Seats were previously sky blue as well weren't they?

Kane isn't the problem. I think the problem is actually Dele Ali. Not really connected with his play for most of the match.

Yes the seats were bleu, but one stand had a roof.

I wonder, if that is an other (conspiratory) reason England does not get tournaments, all of our stadia are ready.

Thus no building kickbacks are available.

      F***ing is. Taking the corners.

The Owl is mad. We're playing a sh*te Russia so he drops the in form striker in Vardy and gets his other in form striker who is a 6ft 2" fox in the box type striker on corner duties.

      Just sheer Hodgson.

Majority if not all of the first hand accounts of the trouble is that the English have been attacked and reacted on the most part to the locals and the police and today the Russian Ultras have gone on the rampage.

I saw that the English press is crucifying the England supporters and most of the press here are reporting that the English supporters were being targeted by the Russian Ultras. Personally, any report from the English papers I automatically ignore until it's verified by legitimate news sources like the Guardian.

I'd laugh my head off if Russia scored.

They really are mid table in the Championship level.

Don't watch any of the Championship to be honest but that sounds quite insulting to me :D

I do think that a player like Dier would be a great fit for us.
