I'm gob smacked he rested Rooney for this one. Should have played Studge up top on his own with Ronney continuing in that advanced Midfield position. That way you can have Studge dropping into the pocket and Rooney running beyond the ball to get into the box in 2nd/3rd phase. It would have suited us down to the ground, this lot are sat so deep Vardy is rendered invisible for virtually the whole half.

What a pass to Studge from Dier that, if that was landing on Studge's left it's a goal.

He's scored some quality goals when on the volley in recent seasons hasn't he. They always seem to at least test the keeper too.

Unbelievable the chances he misses for a lad who has such technique, that was a huge chance there.

Yeah he simply doesn't strike a ball very well does he, always seems to scuff it. I'd have him practicing at the end of every frickin training session for the next 9 months

Was just going to ask why he's playing....do they need someone to give the ball away on a consistent basis so they picked  him?

So would I mate, it's something that doesn't seem to be going away and as you say only practice will fix that.

Hendo has hit a couple of shots that looked on target only to be blocked, think that one would have really tested the keeper there.

Unbelievable. Lallana is having a fantastic game, and some of you lads are criticising him for not being a striker!!  ???

Attacking Midfielders do tend to score from time to time.

He has been good mate but sh*t me, for a man who often gets into really good positions he don't half make a mess of it when the chance arrives

Same story from England. Dominate without the cutting edge. Shots outside the box at players is as bad as off target.
