On a general point it seems the English clubs are very reluctant to share any detailed information such as length of contracts and especially injury information,  compared to countries such as spain where you will get almost immediate updates on the nature of the injury and the recovery period, it is very frustrating to read stuff where the news is so vague

With the form of Salah and Firmino you can be forgiven for forgetting how good Sadio has been overall and tonight he epitomised everything he does well.

The other two had a quiet night but he stood up and did the job. He's fantastic and I agree, he's not quite got the praise he deserves this season. He's every bit as good as last season, if not a bit more and his goals throughout this tournament have been absolutely massive. A really really great player.

That’s the beauty of having those three mosnsters up front, whenever one has an off night the other two step up, if the three are on fire... well we’ve seen what happens then.

Brilliant tonight and stepped it up when his fellow attackers were maybe a bit below par.

He really is just as important as the other two - what a player.

Naingollan must still be having nightmares trying to keep up with Sadio, loved it when he just stopped dead then accelerated away again.

I've not given him enough credit this season.
Best of the front 3 last night, when some of Firmino & Salah's decision making was off.
Will be a Monster vs Madrid.

I had him down for a big performance tonight as he has after a bad patch earlier this season improved his game immensely.
What a front three we have and all seem content to see the other two do well.
Cant wait to see him in the final.

I can see it now with Mane, running down the wind like a man possessed..
