That would be terrible news. Obviously if true first thing would be to wish him a speedy recovery. Beyond that it would be a real concern what with Sadio and Thiago both testing positive, is there a risk to teammates, you’d imagine that they would be tested before coming in to contact with each other but it’s a risk. When do we draw the line?

Yup, on the face of it, it can be seen as lucky player wise as Thiago and Mane will only miss Villa... but I’d be shocked if after the internationals there isn’t a lot more across the leagues.

Hope he makes a speedy recovery if hes got symptoms. Going to be a real rollercoaster this season and it will be the team that can either stay covid free or deal with the absentees that wins the league.
