Dubious "Ball on target" Panel should be set up.
      Mane. Hendo. Origi. Grujic.
      Where was the F***ing OG.

Masch seemed to score not Henderson.

Henderson's effort would have been saved IMO.

Mignolet - clean sheet but never fills me with confidence
Clyne    - caught out by Barca's quick passing more than anything, had a good game imo.
Milner - did well till injured, not the first to be surprised by Messi's pace and strength.
Klavan and Lovren -Look like becoming a solid partnership, both excellent today.
Gigi - one or two touches but early days yet and it showed.
Lallana - worked hard, led the press imo for most of the first half then slowly disappeared.
Can - didn't really notice him tbh hopefully did more than I saw.
Firmino - missed a good chance but had a good game
Mane - brilliant, almost scored a wonder goal and exposed Barca time and again with his pace.
Coutinho - still missing in action but could have got a goal ... bit worried tbh.
Stewart - starting to grow on me, thought he was very good today
Henderson - did well I thought
Grujic - great header for the goal didn't really see him other than that
Origi - Good goal and like Mane really exposed Barca with his pace, think he will start the season for us.

No individual marks but as a team 8/10
      Klopp - 9/10

Only negative is we are collecting injuries again.

      Well that was fun.

      Mane - tormentor.
      Origi - unfazable.
      Klavan - imperious.
Stewart - solid with some beauty raking passes.

      Jürgen - doesn't speak to the sh*t tag  :gt-happyup:

      I feel the same tbh.
He's had plenty of time pre-season but doesn't look like kicking on, or showing up.
Wonder is that a head space thing, and where is he in that respect?

Mightily impressed by Stewart's ability to grab his chance. The guy is clearly very receptive to Klopp's ideas.

He's one of those rare players that's not been over coached mate so he just does what he's told or shown without over thinking anything.  Wasn't at an Academy until he was 17, just played at local level but if he keeps improving like he has these last few months he's going to be some player for us.

Was very impressed how he went toe to toe with Messi despite losing out a few times, seems a very determined and confident lad who never lets his head drop.

If we don't think the Germany's first choice Left Back is worth £20 million don't hold your breath on that.
