Manchester United 1-1 Liverpool: In game and Post Match discussion

Jordan Henderson returns for Liverpool in their Premier League clash with Manchester United this afternoon, while Trent Alexander-Arnold starts at Old Trafford.

The captain is back in the team for the first time since sustaining a heel injury in the victory over Manchester City on New Year’s Eve.

Alexander-Arnold is named in defence, Simon Mignolet resumes his place in goal and Divock Origi leads the attack – as Jürgen Klopp makes four changes to his side.

Philippe Coutinho, meanwhile, is again on the bench after featuring as a substitute against Southampton earlier this week.

Liverpool team: Mignolet, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Klavan, Milner, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Can, Lallana, Firmino, Origi.

Substitutes: Karius, Gomez, Moreno, Stewart, Ejaria, Coutinho, Sturridge.

I don't like Lallana on the wing personally but looks like we've been given no choice if Phil is not fit. Great to see Jordan back! Big game for him! Lets go redmen!

Good to see Henderson back, and Sturridge didn't do enough against Saints to warrant a first team place.  That lad seems much more useful off the bench.

Not the ideal situation to face the MUtants at the toilet but do you know what I reckon we'll be just fine, bonus Hendo being back, Can needs to have his head out of his arse, Lovren and Klav on the ball, everyone to a man know what this means, despite us being under strength I still feel we will have opportunities so we need to take our chances when they come along,
