I'm of the same opinion too. Excellent job he's done for Huddersfield over the last few years. If Mourhino was to leave United for any reason Pochettino would be my first choice to replace him.
The big issue now is how Huddersfield keep hold of him. Dortmund are managerless once more and you've got to expect them to come knocking surely. I hope he stays at Huddersfield though. You can see them and him growing as the months go by and it would be a real shame to lose Wagner from one of the best footballing stories in recent years, a story he has largely written. I certainly feel that they are the Premier League's version of Mainz under Klopp when he got them promoted to the Bundesliga back in the mid 00s.
There's a real togetherness between manager, club and fans at Huddersfield that is really heartwarming and the perfect antidote to some of the obtuse gaudiness that is desperately contrived between those three factions from clubs operating at a higher level, which is perfectly exemplified at Manchester City.
