The relatively good news for us is that there are probably not a lot of options for him. Where could he realistically go? Paris doesn't need him, Real will go for Mbappé, Barcelona doesn't have the money, Bayern definitely won't pay him 500k/week. And I can't see him going to another PL club.

Yeah that seems around the ceiling for us. Don't think Vrgil got much of raise (if any) on his basic either. Obviously we're very bonus heavy but not sure on the ins and outs of it all

Salah IMO should be our highest paid player, by a little distance with VVD behind him.

Absolutely insane record. The fact that he's the 5th quickest to get there when the majority of games he plays on the right hand side is ridiculous.

In all likelihood, he’d have beaten the number set by Henry if it wasn’t for a few disastrous VAR decisions ruling some of his goals out last season. The ones against Brighton and Spurs come to mind straight away.

But none the less, he’s not even a CF, the others above him were so makes his tally all the more incredible.

Hated him as a player but I don’t mind him as a pundit. He spent his entire career through the ranks of United and is that club through and through so of course there’s going to be moments of bias that come out but on the whole he speaks quite a lot of sense and he does recognise the quality of performances from teams/players that are rivals to him and United. A lot better than the likes of Danny Murphy, Danny Mills, Jenas etc.

Understandably as a player as he's Man U through and through like the KK-SG of Liverpool. Rivals grow to hate great players of their generation it's just natural.

I can listen to him all day ( not coz I'm biased ) as he does make sense most of the time. Yes there will be times he's biased.
My favourite Liverpool pundit is Souness, he's another I can listen to all day. However, he came out with stupid or biased  comment the other week about Pogba. He said for 90 million he should be getting 4 assists in a match    ( which I don't think has been done ) which is nonsense.

It's all part of our great rivalry which we have to grow and except at times. It's what makes us the two best teams for rivalry and banter. Long may it continue.

I think there are still plenty of goals to be scored by Mo Salah, especially in a Liverpool shirt !
