Not that bizarre if the the text that  some Barcelona fans have got is true which suggests the Barcelona president has business links in the city where paulinho played in china, going to try another no confidence vote which will probably be unsuccessful

      Barca signed Paulinho Euros 40m

Apparently agreed Mbappe Euros 100m plus 30m add ons

      Where will this leave Phil?

He's not in the champs league squad so if "Hes not for sale" why would you leave him out?

I don't think you register players for this part.

That's just the squad traveling. Would be silly to take him knowing he has a back injury right?

Qualifying rounds aren't for the tournament proper.
Even if he played against Hoffenhiem he wouldn't be cup tied.

The back injury is bollocks anyway the little rat c**t

Obviously our ambitions for Isco are too high, how about this guy?

      Salah Griezmann Salah
                 Firmino

Tasty front 4 that, even if I do say so myself! Yeah... of course we shouldn't look at a good player like Griezmann.

      Salah Giroud Mane

He certainly does, I know Si is a big fan of his. Of the 'big target man' type, he's the best in the league in my opinion. Must be a reason (other than Sanchez) why he's used so sparingly with regards minutes played. Seems he comes on late in games and has become a bit of a super sub.

Didn't realise they were looking to sell, would be madness if Sanchez is also off.

I read his omments, apparently meant to clairify his previous comments about things not being his decision. I have to confess, I'm more confused after reading this article.

Actually I didn't see the following quote in The Echo article: ā€œWe donā€™t want the money, we want to invest in the team and have the best team because we have our aims and dreams. That is the message."

That was in The Guardian article. That is more like it.

      Over to you, Phil.

Too much unrest, he needs to go and go now, we go again. Shame just when he reaches his peak.

No time to replace him adequately, he'll knuckle down once window closes its a world cup year, grovelling apologies incoming.

Yeah that is what I want to hear from JĆ¼rgen.

Some of the other quotes in the Echo article are a bit confusing though - why is he stressing possible differences with the owners about it? Seemingly they all want Cou to stay, so why not just say he is going nowhere and leave it at that?

That's the part  I don't get, I used to work with my best friend and there's no way I'd throw that away to fulfill my "dream" job.

It's like Phil has no integrity or loyalty.

Well if your best mate fucks off to his dream job & you miss him so much and an opening became available 12 months later for you to join him?, I don't think you will turn the offer down will you?.

      Bobby will be next.
