He's someone who deserves an excellent manager at international level and I don't think McLeish is that man. He deserves a chance of course but anything less than qualification for Euro 2020 should result in his immediate sacking as well as the complete gutting of the SFA board.

Mo's definitely heading for superstar status, but for me it's players like Andy that have been the backbone of the club, those prepared to run through brick walls.

It's not just him as a footballer,  he comes across as someone who fans can identify with as a bloke

Believe that we should be looking to sign Luke Shaw as cover for Robertson... This is not saying that I am not Happy with Robertson, but at present we have to use either Milner, or Gomes as cover which is not exactly idea, pull when fully fit Shaw is a wonderful player, and Moreno still prone to making too many mistakes

Salah has taken all the limelight. But what a signing Robbo has been, quietly doing his job really well. Started slowly but now one of the first names on the sheet. Didn't spend 50mill on him either. Well done, and same to Jürgen who has brought him along.

How motherflipping good is this kid. I mean, he seems like he's been playing LB for us forever. I can hardly believe how good he's been and in some huge situations.

When he made that 60-70 yard run in that first half into the box and pulled the trigger I was ready to explode. Alas, the Man City defender made a last ditch tackle and it went out for a corner but if that had gone in I would be quite content if it was going to be my last vision of life on earth!

Great player. Reminds me a bit of Steve Finnan. The defence is looking a lot better of late and he’s definitely one of the reasons why. Obviously Van Dijk too.

Personally think we’re also reaping the rewards of a more settled back line as well. 4 of the 5 positions are sewn up and it’s helping.

With Robertson and Trent playing so well last night, it makes you wonder if these two lads can make the full back positions their own for the next 7 or 8 years. Hopefully so.
