Looks like Burnley are only making one change, not double checked but think we've made 7 since Saturday's games.

We have more depth. I hope Burnley are leggy today.

I'm a little disappointed Karius got dropped again. I was really impressed last week. I'd liked VVD to have made the bench too.

They're not exactly walk overs though, they're having a good season and did us in on the same fixture last season.

Kinda knew Coutinho and Salah wouldn't be available for this match, both played a lot of minutes over the last couple of weeks, and with slight injuries , it's better not to risk them, I would probably have them sit out vs Everton too.

Coutinho (Thigh) and Salah (Groin) are expected to be back for the Derby this Friday!

These rumbles about Cou, the minute he isnt on the teamsheet, need to stop. I expect Klopp and FSG to keep Cou until summer. Barca look like they'll walk the league and he would be cup-tied for CL! We sell Cou for an astronomical fee, simply bcoz he wants out - get in Lemar and a study midfielder in his place!

I may be wrong but I don’t think he has been left out this season, other than when the transfer window has been open. Particularly in a game of such importance.

Nah! We have a very small margin of error if two particular players start. Oh I've been sick of both of them since 2017, but they kept impressing in training, only to undo the good work the frontline has done time and again in real matches. I'd probably die of this illness in 2018 if both keep getting picked.

I can live with it if his fundamentals were consistently sound.
But he can't even execute the basics on a consistent basis. Positioning, decisions, rushing out, command of area, distribution etc. etc.

Yawn... I'd die watching this match because of him.

Happy to see Lallana make a start. A real positive given that we are missing Coutinho and Salah.

Hope Solanke can get into this today. He's struggled at times in our non-striker setup, but hope he gets a goal today!

So I guess Gomez is playing left back then? Haven't seen that for a while. Robbo has played several matches in a row since Alby went down, and Milner would need rotation as well, so I guess that's the option.

I think that will be a tall order defensively with M&L. I will be expecting some defensive errors. A perfect performance would make my day which will be a big bonus. Manage expectations first.

Yep, bit surprised they haven't brought some fresh legs in. Much of what they do is built around the way they compete and hustle, particularly at second balls. The fact Dyche has stuck with the same lineup should work to our advantage so long as the lads coming in can take their opportunities. I can't imagine they will ba as sharp (particularly at 2nd balls) as they usually are. Important to move the ball quickly, use the width and switch play today. Don't let them settle and get the buggers moving, they'll be tired.
