No doubt that Sam Allardyce will now bend over and take it from behind as he always does against Man Utd, the f**king c**t.

Am I right in thinking, Mignolet has been captain twice this season, and we have won both games?

That is a MASSIVE win. 31 points out of a possible 39 since the Spurs game. 9 wins, 4 draws. Quite the run with all the rotation that we have seen that was supposedly going to cost us a ton of points. Well in gaffer.

About the game. A win is a win, no matter how ugly and I can't remember the last time we ended up on the winning side in a game like this. So, so, so happy. The game was sh*t to watch, but that last 30 minutes showed how determined the lads are and that goal brought out some real passion. Great celebration.

I know we won, but a few (big) negatives for me:

Gomez is nowhere near ready to play CB for us. People need to get that idea out of their heads. He switches off at the very few moments balls actually reach the back post. What's going to happen if he has to deal with multiple crosses a game? Not good enough.

Thought Trent was very poor today too. Good assist and one great shot, but other than that, no composure at all in certain situations, sloppy passing, bad decision making, losing possession in dangerous areas, ...

Solanke, the less said, the better. Not going to rip into a young lad and it's a big learning curve for him, but he has to do better, simple as.

Positives: thought both Klavan and Lovren defended well throughout the game (bar the goal we conceded, poor positioning by Klavan) and they combined for the winning goal. Great celebration for that, loved it.

Chamberlain: keeps silencing his critics and is showing us exactly what he has to offer. Unbelievable workrate this game and he will only get better under Klopp.

Get in lads, I'm over the moon with this win. Keep the pressure on the teams around us.

-This team, just without Cou, Salah and Firmino, looks just like an average PL team. Klopp refutes himself because his system should make those players better, but today's game just showed: without outstanding players his system does sh*t.
To be honest, if you take 3 of the best players out of almost any side in this league, they would look average. City is probably an exception. Where would Arsenal be without Sanchez, Ozil and Lacazette? Where would Tottenham be without Kane, Eriksen and Alli. Where would United be without... emmm Lingard maybe?

But I like his potential as well as Gomez'. It's a different world with Solanke, he doesn't make progress, he looks like an alien in our offense.

I had a 2-1 win, saw who wasn't in the team and changed it to a reverse score.

Yeah, you're right. It's just that I have hoped Klopp's "system" would help more. It turns out his system pretty much depends on talent. The same with Pep by the way. That's a lot of bogus from those coaches if you ask me. If you have our first 11 you can play with 80's formations and would still be better than any modern "system" with our bench players it seems.

A lot of the players who played today need to be carried into winning games through the individual brilliance of others, so for them to pull out 3 points here is great.

Sheer hard work got them there.

Great shifts from the piano carriers now to get the players on to tw*t Everton.

Haha 1 MOTM vote for Mignolet. No doubt it was by his mom or agent.

Did he do anything at all that any other Premier League keeper wouldn't have done? Apart from kicking repeatedly in the direction of Sadio Mane, or struggling to beat the halfway line?

He did alright Migs. New keeper needed though.

I gave mine to Ox but want to give it to Lovren now. He aint the best but he plays his heart out and thats a good start.

He did no mistake, that's not a gimme in these conditions.
