Heroes to zeros. 18 match unbeaten run followed by two incredibly embarrassing defeats and once we're back to keystone Kop defending. Will Jürgen ever get it right from a defensive point of view? He has just thrown 75 million at it but we look no better than before.

I know there were lots of other issues but one issue is why we sent out a starting eleven without a recognised penalty taken. Firmino is a great player but he isn't a penalty taker. Stuff like this is basic, really basic. Milner would have put that away and we'd be looking at a replay.

Three narrow 2-1 wins against weak teams should have been a big warning sign.
But nope, let's just get rid of our most creative player and not bring in a replacement.

That defense was sh*t. The midfield was stagnant as usual. Klopps tactics were non existent. Open the fuckinrg check book and spend some money. What am I saying? We all know that won’t happen.

We just sold arguably our most talented player in January and now we are bringing Danny Ings on to try and change games. A Danny Ings that was a question mark when he arrived, let alone after two career threatening injuries. But it's fine. Everything is fine. I'm fine with the events that are currently unfolding. Fine.

That Van dijk header just a basic lesson there for Klopp. I mean ive never seen him reduced to having to do it at Dortmund but this is the squad he has assembled. When the workhorses cant create anything the cart horse has to go up front earlier.

Basic management for a basic team like ours. Get your big man up earlier if your going to build a team where the threat comes from your full back crossing balls in from 35 yards out.

If we're really going to go down this route post Coutinho then i'm afraid it should be us not Chelsea after a big shothouse striker.

Absolutely sh*t that and much like Swansea i'm almost glad we are out because that performance is not good enough and that team is not good enough.

I've heard it said that this is now Klopps team after Coutinho left and was replaced by Ox. Well everyone can now see the major flaw in replacing genuine class for just mere work rate.

We cant have a midfield with no creativity. It can run around as much as it wants but it counts for f**k all.

Some of that defending today was as bad as you would see from a lower league side and we virtually have no goalkeeper . I can’t remember the last save we made worthy of any note .
We really need to get a grip on the defence starting with the goalkeeper because we are struggling upfront so it’s a recipe for disaster at the minute.
