If you were selling Allison, wouldn’t you price those in? More so for those fans of theirs who think “Allison is not for sale at any price. We will hold on to him for as long as we can even if we run his value down to zero”.

Alisson is the Brazil number 1 keeper so considering Ederson cost City £45 million then £60 million is about right.

Whatever about the price he's a big upgrade on what we have that's all that matters.

He didnt even have to make any great saves in Russia cos Brazil were defensively compact. After the 1 goal vs the Swiss, they conceded 2 against Belgium and that's it. Dont think he had a chance at any of them.

I'm not sure which problem Butland would solve unless the problem is not having enough mediocre English keepers.

! Thats the list you could come up with?? OK understood. Based on the WC, Maguire alone would cost that much and guess Butland has assured you more than Alisson did.

We did this mistake of buying multiples instead of going bang for one player under Rafa.. A LOT (albeit cos of the owners)! I'm glad our boss is NOWHERE like that and has got some incredible backing.

I don't know much about Becker. But, this bargain hunting has been our problem for a long time. I would rather have one Suarez or one VvD rather than replace it with the Markovics, Balotellis and Morenos.

Please please let this be true, and not be rubbished by "Liverpool sources" again. If we can then also get the Fekir deal done then next season promises to be very very interesting indeed and this transfer window must rank as the best one ever.
