Think Karius has just been doing what you'd expect a keeper to do, it's just you're not used to seeing that. ;)

Yeah, only difference is Saints players aren’t diving all over the place, and the ref and Lino aren’t cheating bas**rds .😉

Absolutely. Not bad for someone who is 'worse than Mignolet' as many said.

      Reassuring performance by Karius.

MOTM goes to Van Dijk though. Looking like the best centre back we’ve had in many a year.

A perfect in the prediction league for me 🤪
Did expect us to score more in the second half but now glad we didn’t.

Get the f**k in,not our best performance but the result is all that matters against a difficult team and ground, two beautiful goals from Bobby and mo but giving my MOTM to karius
As he kept us in it in the first half
      Great game from Virgil also.

I think he's got better tools to work with for example a brain. But still suffers the odd wtf moment.

Nailed his spot down now for the season though.

That will do him good cos thats 1 less thing for him to worry about.

Does Migs take the CL matches or do we not know yet?

Professional job done. 2-0. No dramas. Will take that every day so I'll revel in it

Also when was the last time we did the league double over this lot? Must be years. Bogey team cracked, put in the relegation zone.

Yeah, Mo and VVD were superb, but Karius for me with a couple of important saves that kept us in the game, so mOTM for me.

Also, I thought Wijnaldum had strong second half too!

      How comfortable was that :)
Salah and Firmino super up top.
Gino and Can did OK in middle.
VVD sooo comfortable at the back, he looks a beast.
And Karius, some good saves at important times ... don't often get to say that about our GK.
Great 3 points with Utd loosing.
      Back up into 3rd place.

Very good day thanks very much !!

Wonder if that fat b***ard Gibbons from the Anfield Wrap will keep up the pretence that Karius is somehow twice as bad as Mignolet. Is Mignolet paying him to talk such sh*te? That's why I won't pay 5 pound a month to listen to such unqualified guff.

No reason we can't take 2nd spot, that and a good run in the CL will make this season a good progression and we will bring in more quality lads this Summer.

That first goal started with yet another good throw from Karius.
Had that been Mignolet the ball would probably still have been in his hands at the time Bobby was supposed to take that shot.
