These are formative moments for this team. We might do it this year, we might not, but something special is coming!!

Roma are not to be underestimated too if we get them.

They haven't conceded at home in the champions league this season (group and knockout). So chances could be few and far between. Dzeko is a massive threat.

This ^^. Never ever underestimate your opponent

Just from the 1st half it just shows just how important Hendo is to this team. We missed him tonight in the 1st half but just like city has done before they folded in the 2nd half. We now go on and win the whole F***ing thing....YNWA.

Yep and this scenes at Roma are something you see at a ‘traditional’ club with a passionate fan base. Not dissimilar to us and after tonight they will also be thinking there is something bigger at play that is taking them to glory.

Would be very wary because we ourselves are proof of how teams like that can play (I’m thinking more in terms of 05 than this year).

back in 1959 a scot told us if we all work together as hard as we possibly could we could expect great things tonight is proof he was right then and almost 60 years on he is right now .

Well said bud. He was right and he is still right, 60 years on. Lets get ourselves reorganize and focus on who is our semi-final opponent and I'm sure Klopp will do just that and start to plot and exploit their weakness to the full. Well done lads and lets get into the top four as soon as possible.

just realised this result has given me a perfect prediction in our prediction league! Haha this night keeps getting better

I was waiting for some one to say that Diego, I'd gone 2-2 so when they put the ball in the net near the end i wasn't too unhappy! but then it was ruled out for off side but well done mate !

Blue Moon moaning over the referees decision. This is a big joke. We were simply playing against 12 players in the first half and they couldn't score more than one goal, inspite of all the help. They are lucky that the ref did not award us a penalty for the foul of Mane inside the box and I'm sure the ref did not ask Otamendi to pass the ball to Firminho.  The city fans have slowly turned into Wenger Mark II.

I want Real Madrid because over two legs we can beat them over a final its a crap shoot. But I wouldn't mind anyone over two legs with this team and this manager

Real are 4th in LaLiga so they must be targeting the C/L. Ronaldo is obviously their star player. They would be my preference. Bayern are strong and I'd take them in the final.

But we'll take whatever comes...we are back.. guaranteed a place next season....top European force once again..

I hope not to draw Roma in the semis, not bcos I'm scared of them but we and them have 2 sets of very explosive fans and we need just a small spark to create a battle. Prefer to meet them in the final at a neutral ground.

Yes...the great late Sir Ken Dodd...he was never a footie man but always wished both teams well....
