UEFA CL Semi Final - Who do you want? (Spoiler, it's AS Roma)

Just looking at those names in the semi final and I think 'WOW!' That has to be the finest semi final line up in a long long time. The three most successful clubs in Europe from England, Germany and Spain. And while Roma may live in the shadows of Juventus, AC Milan and Inter when it comes to trophies won, to me, they are still very much equal to those teams in prestige and grandiosity with a passion that surpasses all of them (especially Juventus). Maybe that comes down to our own history with them but when you see that result and that atmosphere in Rome on Tuesday night it strengthens your belief that Roma have just that little extra something that the others in Italy don't have. It's going to be a great semi final lineup whichever way the teams are drawn.

Wasn't expecting Real Madrid to lead in the poll to be honest, from the other three teams they're the most difficult to play IMO.

Real Madrid lost to Tottenham and were lucky to beat Juventus. I'd much prefer them over Roma and Munich.

Probably gonna say Bayern, I reckon Klopp would definitely have a plan to deal with them.

For many of our travelling away fans, I imagine they'd love another pilgrimage to Rome, still one of the best away followings we've taken anywhere was there in 2001.

Think a glamour semi with Madrid would be dogs bollox!

Roma might be the easiest, though hard to say for sure.

Personally would steer clear of Bayern until the final. Think Jürgen would be well up for that one.

Uefa officials will bend over backwards to help Madrid, I would hope to avoid them. Roma outta our best bet of progressing.

I would rather face RM over 2 legs in the Semi's than a 1 off match if we have to face them.

The last time this happened was in 1980-81 - Liverpool, Bayern, Madrid and Inter.

Who won it that year I wonder...

RM get Roma & we get the tougher Bayern. Whoever is in the final, RM wins.

2 chances for the ref to screw us then! Well avoid Madrid until the final just in case we out score them and there's nothing the ref can do. Well get Munich for sure!

There's another interesting stat. Apparently, the last time Roma qualified for a semi was in 1984.

Real Madrid next, then Bayern in the final. To be the best, beat the best.

And not because I think they could beat us, but after we stole Salah from them, I don’t want to face Roma.

If we get Real Madrid in the Semis, I hope Ronaldo gets an early yellow. That would rule him out of the 2nd leg wouldn't it? Surely he would have got a yellow for taking off his top when celebrating his penalty.

Had two of my kids and myself each do the draw 10 times for a total of 30 (I'm manic, I know).

We drew Bayern 19 of the 30 times, Real 7 and Roma 4.
