Lots of people saying it's a 3 goal adv to us, it's not, it's 2 goals!

just a bit of addition for you 5-2 up means 2-0 and we go through. we will score at least 2 in Rome

Yes, at 3-0 or 4-1 we'd be out, but do you honestly think this team would lose by 3? That is a pretty ridiculous thought.

Weird to be disappointed with a 3 goal win. Fancy us to score a couple at their place. Agree it was wrong to take off Salah so early and that gave that little bit of impetus to get forward. Hopefully Jürgen will have noted that for next time.

As for the way a couple of you idiots have ranted and raved about the manager re: that decision. Maybe you should wind your necks in and find a mirror

Nah, Salah or not we shouldn't have conceded one let alone two goals when we're 5-0 up with 10 minutes to go. Roma were there for the taking and just waiting for the final whistle. Stupid mistakes and a sh*t ref decision cost us the 2 goals.

Irritating to concede 2 late goals and in hindsight Klopp should have left Salah on but at that point we were cruising so I do understand Klopp's thinking.
At the end of the day we all would have taken 5-2 before the start and we will score in Rome, I actually fancy us to beat them unless they play a lot better.

If this score line was offered before the game is bite your hand off..

We are still in the driving seat & are more than capable if getting more than 2 at Rome..

Remember Porto 5-0 who were undefeated at home until we turned up..

Roma will come out attacking & we will be there to get them on the counter..

Put it this way, what odds would the bookies be giving on Roma having two consecutive 3-0 wins in the quarter final and semi finals of the champions league and going through on away goals. Astronomical odds.

They also have to attack us and we are the most dangerous side around to do that against, much more so than Barcelona in my opinion because of the pace of our attacks.

Honestly, I know the finish was disappointing but after what these lads have produced this season we should have more faith in them.

We won’t F**k this up, to get a winning margin like that in a European cup semi final is not something that happens every year.

The only thing Klopp should look at now is playing klav with VVD...Lovren just can't keep it together for 90 minutes..

Surely Salah being on Roma's half of the field would have made Lovren defend better.....

It would cos they realised they had nothing to worry about any more. No threat on the break and more pressure on the dodgy defence and keeper.

See last Saturday Vs WBA for further proof.

      Can't happen.

Klavan has to play left-sided and we're stronger with VVD there with Robbo.

I thought it would be a tight 2-1 to us but it works out the same as man city. We are taking 3 goal lead to Roma & would have taken that at the start of the match.

I can understand the cries of why take off your best player but obviously Klopp is trying to protect our prized asset an injury now would be a disaster.

What is obvious is the drop off in quality looking at the options from the bench.

We have a first 11 who would give any team in the world a game but you would have to hope they stay on the pitch for 90 mins as there isn't really much on the bench.

Hence this needs addressing over the summer.

This is true. Ings was sh*t after coming on. We need better options from the bench than the likes of Ings and Solanke.

Got similarities to the Barca game for them now, they kept Messi quiet but they won't keep Mo quiet!

They're not offering odds on that though because its been and gone. Its 3-0 Roma they will offer odds on. Guessing about 10/1?

I backed a 28/1 horse at Punchestown earlier today.
