I agree, It's over for us, we move on,  but I am happy for the Egyptians to have a bit of fun with this

I am just enjoying waiting for the UEFA sham when the petition reaches 1 million as its well on its way to doing so.
Of course nothing can happen but it might make Ramos think that his actions can have consequences.

Dont sue him. Use the .money to pay someone in Spains group in the world cup to upend him and put him out of the world cup. And then get same plsyer to tweet his best wishes and tell him these things happen in football

Did post originally that it was an actual assault and all day it was ABH, if he had used his boots to inflict such an intended serious injury the charge would have warranted the much more serious charge of GBH.

petition just passing 400,000 come on UEFA how many do you need before you even acknowledge its existence.
We all know nothing will come of it but how UEFA reacts will be interesting

I thought if an incident of foul play was missed by the officials, retrospective punishment could be taken by the relative footballing authorities !

Not been keeping up with the news on this, but did catch a Paul Scholes interview when out, today. He's saying it was definitely on purpose.

He knew what he was doing, he's got away with it so many times before, this time he rolled over him, take it as you see it reds, it's your opinion, but he wanted him out the game imho, he was smiling the rest of the game.

With the accepted behavior of Ramos on the field ,i wish we had a Tommy Smith on the pitch in the final to show him a real hard man not a coward ,and a cheat ,he would be the one coming off greeting once he had sorted him out.

If he had gone in two footed and smashed his knee up after the call had gone, people would be saying it’s a disgrace, deliberately setting out to injure a fellow pro.

Just because he’s done it in a more subtle way, doesn’t lessen the nature of it. It’s a complete F***ing disgrace and I can only hope someone ends his career next season, would be no more than he deserves.
