Well, the main bit of business we needed to get done, was done. Thank God.
If Alisson does the business for us, along with some of the other guys signed, am massively hopeful for this season.
Personally expecting us to be challenging for the title, though City will be tough to beat.

So he's got his squad number for the season announced. Look, I know it's f**k all, but I would've been a lot happier for him to not take the number f**king 13.

Haha, I suspect he will give us a few scares, probably F**k up a couple of times, but hopefully they will be when we're leading

I defended Karius and still think he'll go on to be a very good keeper but this guy is something else.

That free kick would have been a goal had Alisson chose not to position himself where he stood, we have seen many keepers positioned wider haven't we? Oh, and his passing is world class!

Has made a strong start hasn't he. Really like what I have seen so far, looks confident and solid against the high ball (this for me is one of the most important things in an EPL goal-keeper and something we have lacked). And his distribution has been magnificent, he pinged one out to Robbo and other to TAA during the 2nd half that were out of this world. This signing could be an absolute game-changer for us.

PS. is CTFC waiting for Alisson's first error before he comes back in this thread?

After years of mediocrity in this area, we finally have proper GK now. So refreshing to see calmness at the back.

Just carry on making those saves.....distribution is a nice attribute to have as part of the package but saves saves and then saves please then maybe a bit of distribution!

What a solid performance against a team that is set up to panic defenses and harass a keeper on set pieces.

The thing that really stood out is the calmness he has when on the ball, i swear there are midfielders who could learn a lot from his. He oozes confidence and dosent get flustered even when being pressed.

He will make mistakes, but he could go on to be an absolute great at the club (although, its still only 2 real games for him!)...
