They were pretty good to say the least.  They dominate possession, with virtually everyone good on the ball, pull the opposition side to side until they find gaps to exploit.  Could have scored a few more easily.  Also could have conceded a couple.  They are still the team to beat and don't see anyone other than us beating them in the league this season.
Watched Chelsea vs us, and in a few other games this season. To me City look more likely to drop point than Chelsea. I know that the table at this time say different but there is just something different about them this season, a confidence that was not there before, a belief if you will, As good as City is I think that the team we have to beat this season if we want the title is Chelsea

Sad fact even if we got very good team, l still feel city win league by 6 or 7 points not even playing well still get wins,

I'll be honest I don't think City were that impressive, just a sh*t spurs team making them look good.

Btw how snidey have city got lately. Seemed to get away with a few fouls etc against us & seemed the same last night. Might just be the sh*t prem refs as well!!

Wow imagine supporting this lot with the way they get dominated every week. They have this ability to make every team look like world beaters these days. They do usually grow in to games though so hopefully Bournemouth can kill them off early.

Harry Kane is well and truly looking like a complete donkey this season. Don’t know why he’s suddenly trying to play in the midfield all of a sudden.

Citeh are just a better team at the moment, certainly in attack. I miss us dominating teams like how Citeh do, its just so damned easy for them and they have such incredible options throughout the team.

Jeez, 6-1. No let up from them. Their GD will be like a point to them come end of season too. We just need to end up with more points :)

They very much are a better side. Regardless of us reinvesting the Coutinho money into the squad they are still a couple of levels above us. Looking at it from an unbiased perspective I wouldn't put money on anyone else. We're going to have to deploy a far more aggressive approach at some point to keep up with them in the long term.

The results show that we have made our best start to a league season in years. But for me, the performances are well below what I saw from us in the second half of last season and that makes me uncomfortable. Our pressing game has just not been there I feel.

But perhaps that is the plan from Klopp? Pragmatically navigate the first half of the season and then unleash a more energy sapping/typical style of play that is our nature come the second half of the season? I hope so because I firmly believe the only way we can win stuff and beat the big boys is if we can unleash that blitzkreig style.

Have you guys noticed, a lot of teams in the Premier league are really struggling against the more technical sides? City and now Chelsea who are playing fluid football on a consistent basis are really dominating the lesser teams and scoring sh*t loads.

Yeah - a lot of people seem surprised by how good Chelsea are under Sarri but they were league champions 2 years ago and the squad has the ability to adapt to different styles such is the revolving door of managers that is installed at Stamford Bridge.

Always have been a mature and intelligent side...unlike their fans.

Chelsea, City, SPurs all winning so a little ground lost but its not terminal is it. I think if anyone is going to challenge City they will have to be bold in every game as it looks like most teams City are playing are beaten before the game even starts.

There are 5 very exciting and technically strong sides with top managers in the PL now making up the top 5 teams in the table currently.

And there are 15 fodder sides including United obviously.

City will have tougher opposition this season over last with Chelsea and Arsenal improving significantly.

Little gap opening up, 3 points from 3rd to 4th.
Need to keep pace with the other 2 - then once our front form kicks in, should be interesting.
