I don’t understand why people would think professional football players would throw a game to spite their rivals. Their team isn’t filled with evertonians (is there one?); they are filled with international players, albeit pretty average ones at that. The simple fact of the matter is that this Everton team is not good enough to take points off a Citeh or a Spurs.

As for the fans, well that’s a different matter.

They didn't throw the game.. they are just rubbish.

As for Spurs.. we won, they won. Point difference is the same. How are they suddenly fighting for the title? If Man City hadn't dropped points, no-one would be talking about it, but it's because they have closed the gap on City that suddenly it's a "three horse race".

      I agree, but I like to play on it because it's a c**t of a club :)

      Wow. Incredible.

Man City lose 2 games in a row.. and we are SIX points clear at the top.

Now Spurs are the challenger. But if we keep this up, it is just a one horse race to the title!!!  ;D

Just proves how silly those pundits were earlier in the season asking if City were the best side ever.

Spurs moving into a new stadium could well throw them off for a few games and City cant afford another loss in the next 3 or 4 games or they could easily implode and concentrate on the CL. Fancy Chelsea or Arsenal to lose points tonight

Spurs are like a bad rash that does not go away and they have a pretty favorable Jan schedule outside of a United visit. F**k those cheating bas**rds.

4 of their 5 games against the rest of the 'big 6' are away though.

Crazy thing is, that now brings Utd to 6 points off 4th place.

With the easy run of games they have at the moment, they could close the gap. Then they'll be believing Ole is a great Manager.  :lmao:

Seriously don't think Ole has what it takes to be a great manager Dan. He's just come at the time when on paper the recent/up and coming fixtures look easier on paper.

How sh*t is Ben Foster?! Chelsea doing sod all really but he’s been rounded twice (luckily Willian missed the target) and given away a cheap penalty. I don’t know if it’s just me but it seemed blatantly obvious where Hazard was going on the penalty too, but still dived the wrong way.
2 shots on target, 2 goals.

2 massive games for us coming up and if don't do well, those Spud cu*ts could find themselves level with us after the City game.  Come on Boys, let's win both.

Been a hell of a two weeks for you. City losing 3 out of 4 games. Now odds on for winning the league unless you also hit a bad patch ??  :f_whistle:
