Great performance. Would have been robbery if we hadn't won. Our 2nd half was really good - total control, patient, great game management, apart from Salah having a 40 second brain fart. Our midfield 3, same ones who got slagged after Leicester, were the key - 9/10 all 3 of them, superb. Gini MOTM, but could also have been Milner or Hendo. More clinical and we'd have scored more but who cares? Great result. F***ing great finish from our one-eyed striker.

I'm speechless. Their is absolutely no doubt. This team is far better than last years squad. Every CL match is more exciting than the last. Anfield is a FORTRESS and they believe they can win it all. They dont quit, they're ruthless for 90' and that wins titles.

I might give it to Hendo just to piss off the doubters he was real class tonight always just in front of the two CB when they attacked and always just behind the front three when we attacked. He broke up play really well and protected the defence countless times.
Young Joe was really impressive along side VD and Gini has improved so much his energy and touch has improved out of all recognition.
