If the ball was moving it was only just moving and if they stop every freekick because the ball was moving even slightly the game will grind to a halt.
Also we could not have scored that goal because VAR would have been reviewed and VAR takes so much time review.
Good solid win keeps us up there and there is so much potential in this team its frightening
Let it take as long as it needs. We're watching the game for 2 hours as it is, what's another couple of minutes?
I believed that there was a recent rule change where you could take a free kick with a moving ball, so if that's the case, there's no issue with our goal. I know it was certainly discussed anyway.
I thought the general performance was as flat as a pancake tbh. I was saying before we scored, that we will need to step it up after the break. Then we scored and we didn't have to. So we didn't.
The mancs lost, Arsenal are three games without a win, Chelsea have taken 6 points from their last 4 home games. So it was a good weekend. 10 years ago we played Fulham at home, and had one of the many bore draws at home that season that cost us come May. Now we have 30 points, winning the games we should win, and the table is taking shape, with 24 more points up for grabs before we go to face City. The target has to be minimum 50 points on the board by then.
