Make no mistake, that was one of our finest performances this season. The ability to continue creating chances against such strong opposition during the whole duration of the match was just incredible. Yeah, the finishing was a bit off today, but that happens; small margins and all that. Much more important is that your team is creating and dominating. We did both and fully deserve to go through.

I'm voting VDV for MOTM just because I'm in awe of him and, prone to exaggerations as we might be as passionate fans, I genuinely can't think of a better central defender in the world. He's just that good.

Also loved watching Gini on the ball tonight. When he's on it, having to instinctively shield it from opponents, it's nearly impossible to get it off his feet.

Missed a load of chances tonight but to me it was a big step in the right direction in terms of the midfield and attack returning to the levels of last season. All three in midfield were fantastic especially.

Allisson MOTM for me. Last gasp save that put us through. What happened to Bobby of late? His hairstyle as if he has been over partying of late and totally forgot his football. He doesn;t seems to be interested at all, as if he just turn up, stroll along and wait to be substituted. Needs to be dropped immediately and give Keita a chance. Players have become too complacent, poor game after game and still gets selected by Klopp. A very very good win and Klopp needs to slam the door and knock some sense into Mane, egoistic with the keeper to beat always wanna score a superstar goal, not even hitting the target. He nearly cost us today and probably the owner 25 mil in revenue.
