Who's throwing the towel in ? I am being reasonable stating it was a poor performance  and they were there for the taking

Plenty are throwing the towel in - read back and count how many saying we won’t win the title now or win a trophy

It’s pathetic how people are overreacting

I think a good result. We got a point away at a hard team.

I don't usually agree with you, but getting a point today was vital and we did it.

It's the ankle. Might be broken or it might just be a tweaked ligament. Either way you're not going to risk walking on it when a crutch is readily available.

Sure it’s great we’ve gone top, but it’s hard to have confidence atm... we are playing terribly. Rhythm has vanished.

The state that United side was in, and we created absolutely nothing. De Gea had surely his easiest game of the season..

My biggest worry is, will we continue to be that poor for the remaining 11 games? If Klopp and his coaches doesn't work on Salah, Bobby and Mane soon, then be prepared to have more frustrating times. I'm beginning to think Klopp is a good manager but he is simply too discipline and will stick to a game plan for 90 mins without Plan B or C as compared to other managers like Simeone. I watch the match how Simeone demolished Juve that left lover boy with a bruised ego.

Mate that was painful to watch - come on. You always try to see the sunny side and you’re right, a draw isn’t bad and we’re top.

But that was f**king terrible football at times

it was F***ing painful I had to turn it off for 10 mins hoping the voodoo Gods would do their work but I don't see any point in being negative on a day we took a point at Old Trafford to go top of the league whilst they have gone out of the CL places.

Likely to be minor. He ran off the field without much of an issue. Expect him in for Watford.

Form is worrying and I honestly think the two breaks have fu**ed up our Mojo. the good news is despite this we are top of the league and form can return and if it does the lads should be fresh enough to press on

it’s hard to have confidence atm

For you, mate, I find it quite easy. Same people have been predicting our demise for weeks, continue to do so, but refuse to look at the facts that despite a difficult few weeks with lots of injuries and difficult games, we're still top. Today wasn't pretty at all but we played against one of the most in form teams in the league. Just on Tuesday we had a pretty decent performance against one of Europe's best and were unlucky not to win.

Next league game? Watford at home. Not finding it hard to be confident for that at all.

Fail to see how he could practically run off the pitch with a broken ankle??

      Surely just a precaution

Probably tweaked the ligaments but yeah precautionary to not weight bear until he's had a scan/the swelling has gone down I'd imagine.

That's two great performances from Fabinho against United this season. I was happy with the lineup but in hindsight I probably would just have gone with Keita instead of Henderson, who looked lost outside the 6 role.

Losing Firmino is a big blow, hopefully he won't be out for long, without him connecting the dots in the centre of our attack we can become a bit too predictable always going wide. Doesnt happen when you have the likes of Hendo bringing the ball forwards, a professional in doing just that, playing wide at every conceivable opportunity.

Personally thought Fabinho should have been man of the match but ask a United fan to give it out and there's only one place where that's going.

His break up play, his passing, control & confidence set him apart from a vast majority on that pitch today.

If he is going to miss games then I hope we go with Shaqiri instead of Sturridge or Origi.

Two points dropped for me.  Salah was very off the boil and Firmino going off for Danny really stifled us.  Not getting into the Fabinho v Henderson debate but playing both of them made us rely too much on Wijnaldum for the attacking link up from midfield - and he didn't have a stand out game.

However, trying to focus on the positives - Matip is doing a good job in that central defence.  Thought Milner had a good game.  Fabinho is looking like a real tidy player for us in a multitude of positions.

That's two great performances from Fabinho against United this season. I was happy with the lineup but in hindsight I probably would just have gone with Keita instead of Henderson, who looked lost outside the 6 role.

Fabinho's introduction into the team has been extremely well managed by Klopp.  As was Oxlade-Chamberlain's last season.  I'd imagine most of us agree with you about the hindsight decision too.  Too much respect given to United perhaps with the selection?

He really made Shaw look like Maldini at times. But losing Firmino surely didn't help. Bobby's movement and short passing is really vital to how we play

Simeone was my second choice behind Jürgen after TPM was sacked.
      Third was Deschamps.

All top managers ......but my manager of choice is and has always been Herr Jürgen Meister.

Wouldn't change him now for anyone.

      Who would ?
