He got caught off-balance, there are of course more agile players out there but he was moving forward when the ball started moving back

We look poorly set up, if Henderson was playing like gini he would be crucified and some of the holy cows of the team need to buck up.  Keita and gimi keep pushing on instead of running from deep which is far more dangerous, leaving huge gaps behind them

We've played much better the last 20 of the half, moving the ball more quickly and getting Keita and Firmino on the ball between the lines. Delighted for Keita, you could just see the relief in his celebration. Just need to look after the ball a little bit in ear final third because they look very dangerous in e break. Bizarrely the pitch (which they clearly haven't watered) has hindered them on the break as much as it has slowed our passing game down.

Wijnaldum always does this, he goes off on international duty, scores and plays out of his skin and then when he's back with us he looks lack luster and uninterested for the next few games.

We might end up winning this game, and in the end it's all that matters. But we've been underperforming for the past few months IMO.

I don't wanna fall into the narrative of luck, because we've been persistent and strong-minded if anyuthing else, but I feel like we should probably me relying more on the level of performances we know this team can demonstrate and a little bit less on scrapping things out.

I mean, it was still off-side, and part of the same attacking play, although somewhat indirectly. Game should've stopped at that moment. Not that I'm complaining, but let's be objective here.

We need to get Trent further up the pitch, he's trying to cross it in behind the defence from too deep at the moment but it's not working, try and mix it up because it's too predictable at the moment.

Trying there best to lose? If they played like this before they wouldn't be in the position they are in . Would be staggered if they can keep this intensity up
