F***ing embarrassing. What is it with Southgate? Always prefers a fine and never takes a chance. When you consider ( allegedly) English football far superior than Scottish football yet we can't score with the talent we have. F***ing wankers the lot of them.

Seems to me that Mouthgate actually doesn't know what his best side is and is trying to please everyone,  except Sancho,  he must be wondering what the F**k am I doing here , nothing will change cos Mouthgate hasn't got the nads to leave out, Sterling,  Mount, or Foden, pr**k!

I'm scratching my head to get round it all. 

Seems a bit daft that Switzerland finished their group games on Sunday, but don't find out whether they are still in the tournament till Wednesday and then could play at the weekend?

But it's definitely better to be one of the later groups to finish, as you know where you stand and who your next round opponent is, sooner than those in the earlier groups, where you could be waiting around up to 3 days after your last game to find out who and where you'll be playing, or if you'll be playing in the second round at all.

England have not won a knockout game in this tournament. Ever. They thought they would last time when Hodgson had to face Iceland, mainly because their population is bigger than Iceland and they have more players in the "top 5 European leagues" than Iceland. It still wasn't enough to win the game  for them.
