You realize that's basically what we've got just with a sh*t collar.

What we've got is shitty sponsorships and F***ing meaningless rectangular shaped F***ing I don't even know, door panels.

Was just going to say similar  ;D

Honestly I don't think the new version collar is all that bad especially once it's in the players in full kit on march days.

      It's not!!

Look closely at new kit, the pinstripes are not white and definitely not in a straight line like the classic treble winners kit.

No pictures of Salah in it that I have come across.
Interesting, or just planting the seeds of a conspiracy.

I saw a pic of Mo in the new kit this morning, I'm pretty sure it was with Konate and someone else although I can't remember who.

I've still got my original 1984 shirt, may as well start wearing that next season, at least it's decent  :D

      Collar is grim.

The pre game top is class if you could wipe AXA off the front of it. Still never understand why I would pay money to advertise for a sponsor.

Do you drive a car with a badge on the front and back? And how much did that cost. It's called capitalism. We're all advertisers.

Trent looks like a geisha. Was it a Manc doing the photoshoot? Abominable

Not the same is it? I drive a car made by Honda with Honda badges on it. It doesnā€™t have names of other sponsors on it.

The shirt is made by Nikeā€¦.not Axa.

The multitude of advertising and promotional campaigns in the US is  astonishing - the companies that have a stake in LFC and FSG could cover shirts, shorts, corner flags, pitch barriers etc etc.

AXA no doubt part with a fair amount of wedge to display its logo on the shirt which is what it's all about.

I have one shirt hanging in my closet. The dark gray/black one from when we were still Adidas a few years back. Haven't thrown one on in years. I'd definitely love the opportunity to wear one without the logos all over it and like I said, some of the training gear is really top notch if it didn't have AXA blazened over the front. I won't buy anything to wear that has anything more than the Liverpool badge and the shirt maker's branding. Don't want to advertise for Axa or Standard chartered or Expedia, etc....they aren't paying me to wear it like they are paying our boys.

Hey FL, I ā€œthinkā€ the retro shirts donā€™t have the sponsors on it,  but I may be wrong. My 1984 retro (the one with the pinstripes) doesnā€™t have the sponsor. Itā€™s the only one I wear.
