      Anyone on here got one?

Thinking of getting one half for personal use and half for work related stuff.

Any recommendations? Are you able to use it freely or are you restricted by laws? Are they easy to use?

In Ireland you have to be registered for them now.

By the end of November you'll need to be registered in the UK as well.

There are separate laws which apply to actual usage, such as in urban areas.

In terms of how easy they are to use, that mostly depends on you. If you've used RC stuff before you'll have an advantage, same applies if you're familiar with games controllers. A lot of drones basically fly themselves most of the time, with stabilisers and the like. Since I looked into them I'm sure there's been even further developments.

Rather than buy two halves, buy a whole one. ;)

If you get the DJI Mavic Mini it is just under the weight limit for registration.
