I am such a happy bunny. Wonder how that new stadium is looking more like a Div 1 groundshare with Tranmere

For singing “blue moon” at their own dump last season, they deserve this beating and a relegation (hopefully)

Although we gave away two silly goals that was a dominant display of football and could have been an even bigger scoreline with Mane's two chances in that half.

5:2 would have taken that at ko but is a bit disappointing when we could have clearly scored 7 or 8

Great performance though, and more important, the fringe players did the business as well.
Won’t vote motm until I watch the game later on.

you have to be pleased with that overall . After all the drama about Jurgens team selection we actually played some incredible stuff first half . Shaq did well after so long off so another good positive addition to the squad.

Fantastic match. Two silly goals to concede perhaps indicative of us getting caught up in the fiesty nature of the match in that first half.

Thoroughly enjoyed that whole 90 minutes - a rip roaringly entertaining match that reminded me a lot of the games we had during the first couple of seasons under Klopp. Breathtaking, heavy metal football.

Really liked what Shaq brought to the table plus he was stone-cold, no rhythm since not been played at all by Klopp. Right now for me: Shaq > Salah. Origi also recommended himself for more playing time. Lallana did OK, but nothing to think about him breaking into starting eleven.

The defense needs some improvement. Against better Teams that can end up ugly. Hopefully Matip will be back soon, but against Salzburg it will be a real test.

      Indeed.

Anyone who isn't enjoying this football over the last couple of seasons needs their heads examined.

How good were Shaqiri and Origi though, did not expect them to come in out of the cold and perform like that!

Amazing performance from the team that, not so much the defensive side but who cares.

      Come on you reds!

      Get in lads!!

Team selection worried me, and the defending still an issue but F**k me we killed them when we went long.

Not even long ball, but long passes with such pace and accuracy, and some of the control of Sadio and Divock was a joy to see.

Pinged them to death, a definite plan for this one.
