      Mental Health Building Fundraiser
      Jun 01, 2020 12:03:39 pm
      Hi everyone,

Hope you are all keeping well. I know this is a bit of a long shot but thought I would try my luck. On Friday 29th May and Saturday 30th May, I did a fundraiser for The People's Place building, a new Mental Health building in North Liverpool. I work for Everton in the Community, the charity of Everton FC. I know some of you may turn up your nose at the thought of that but I am a massive Red, always have been and always will be. The only link to the football club is the name. The fundraiser saw me complete 2500 burpees in 24 hours, 100 every hour from midday Friday and finishing with the last set midday on Saturday. I worked through sleep deprivation and chose to do it in some sights across the city, of which I will share some pics of soon. f you don't know what a burpee is, the below link may give you an idea:

As said, this was all in aid of our new ,mental health facility which is designed to support anyone who requires help. Please see the link below for info on where my motivation came from:

This was physically demanding and mentally draining but for an extremely worthwhile cause. i was also doing in in memory of my Mum who sadly died just over a year ago.

Like I said, I know it is an Everton related project but I hopefully you can look past this and donate what you can, it would be very much appreciated. The link is below to donate.

      Thanks again.
