Good game of football but I'd like us to switch on a bit more at the back.

Missing Fab in the middle I think and Virgil seems to have had some time in Amsterdam recently, far too overly cool in defence at times.

Not sure the Skipper is fully ready to be honest.

Trent, Gomez and Virgil (goal aside) have been poor today.

We’ve taken Fab out the team today and looks like there is a gaping big hole there. Hendo doesn’t look ready to be starting and Gini has been jogging around mostly. Keita is the standout of the midfield 3 and his pressing has been good, nearly ended up with a decent chance from one of the presses.

Salah is running this game and the standout player. Mane has looked good in flashes but Bobby looks a bit slow and not really a threat.

We need to massively step it up in the second half, they are playing the long ball over the top time and time again and we are struggling to deal with it.

Leeds did as expected and came to play football.
They did well, but we've been poor at the back - VVD giving one away [though fair enough got one too]. Gomez ropey too.
We look sharp up front, cracking 3rd from Mo.
Though both sides looked a bit tired those closing 5 mins.
This could be anything.
Jürgen needs to give the defenders a rocket.
Least we're ahead, so lets stay that way.

What a game for the neutrals, 5 goals in just over 30 mins, however as a LFC supporter I couldn't take this too many times in the season!

The back 5 bar Robbo and the midfield 3 really need to step it up if we want to win this.

Fabinho soaks up a lot in the middle of the park.  Keita often seems to be the one in the middle with Henderson a bit further out wide.

Salah has been fantastic. Most of the rest an absolute mess. One of the wildest halves I’ve ever seen...

They also help keep the players switched on IMO. I said we probably feel it more than most because we feed off the energy of the crowd and it’s showing once again. Far too casual from several players.

Salah scored that goal like it was the most natural thing in the world.
