If he starts to finish his game he wel be phenomenal

I do agree but it’s well over 600 days and counting Tez. How much longer would you give him?

If we are selling it has to be for 85 million minimum,  we need to get our money back on him

If nobody ants to pay he stays and thats not a bad thing for me, unless its as a main striker

Brian how can you get 85 million when he isn’t playing to that standard? Are you like Dick Turpin and wear a mask. 😂

If the 85 mil is true, I like it. Value him hogh and stick to those guns. It sounds like they want him at the club another season, but that they will listen to stupid money offers. Again, that's just good business

31 goal involvements , one of the reasons why we have improved hugely on last season

      18 goals and 13 assists

How many in the league have better than that

He has the lowest conversion rate in the league  for a striker

      In his defence on paper

In the premier league he has 11 goals and 8 assists in 34 games

Its a decent return but thats the problem, we require more than decent as he is our main striker but its not good enough to win the league unless he was a winger, then its a good return imo

But the problem is this, he does not work with Diaz and a declining Salah (take away Salah pens and his season isn’t all that)

We need a more clinical striker, your eyes don’t deceive you. He has not improved his finishing in two years and it seems very unlikely he becomes a decent finisher

It’s pretty obvious at this stage, would love to be wrong but don’t see how he lasts with the new manager for too long 🤷🏻‍♂️

We need to aim to beat city next season and look for areas to improve, for me that’s a cb,
      Dm and striker

11 premier lg goals with all the chances he gets is just not good enough,a prime Rush, fowler,or Owen, and we would be winning the lg this year, thats the difference a top striker makes, needs moving on.

Yes, not good enough. But we give Diaz, Gakpo some slack, why not him? Firmino too did not score that much but we praised him for the impact. Yes, Darwin has not set the league on fire, be he has had an impact in a team with a brand new midfield and which was unexpectedly challenging for several titles. I think that Diaz and Gakpo should be as accountable as him.

Diaz has also been called out for his poor finishing mate

The midfield is no excuse for Nunez having the Lowest conversion rate any pl striker

Nunez has a terrible affliction for making Goalies world class. He is so close to being world class himself he just has to suck it up and work harder.

It's the deleting all the post from his social media that gets me. I get he's hurting, I really do. But that's what a 14 yo girl does when she's upset. As you sort highlighted, a lot of issues are mindset driven. I just dunno if he's got what it takes between the ears to make it here. Physical talent wise he's got what many would kill for

The trip to Barcelona and the deleting posts things definitely would be a little worrisome to me just due to the fact that Klopp is leaving. If Klopp were to be sticking around I wouldn't be too concerned, he'd sort it because there's a relationship there. But with someone new coming in, hard to know if Darwin is already feeling insecure and this may make it much worse. That doesn't even take into account what his family or agent may be telling him.

They should play a game in training with him. If you get caught offside we'll all kick you in the bollocks.

Would soon learn how to bend his run properly because there doesn't seem to be any desire to figure it out for himself as it is.

....or more likely he'd just end up with very sore bollocks!
