Tough to take given we had the lead twice but over the course of 90 minutes we were second best so a point is alright.

Leaking goals left right centre despite having all our defenders back fit is a big concern though. Hard to see us lasting the distance if we don’t sort that out after the international break.

We didn't look comfortable defending a lead at Brentford and it looked the same again today - the players looked nervous when they were in front in both games

We have lost the lead four times in two games. This must stop!

Just waiting for Neville to whinge and bi*ch about the Milner non red card you watch. Considering City are Utds rivals also the guy is a right sad git.

Both goals felt like it was city passing through our midfield.

The way KDB and Silva receive the ball and turn is absolutely outrageous, so smooth and always seems to pick the right pass.

      Sh*t what a game.

Gutted we couldn't hold on but given the first half you have to be relatively happy with a point.

Look on the plus side, it was a poor first half and for Liverpool to come out and score two and for many of us to feel disappointed not to win...well maybe we aren't that too bad. Jürgen has a real knack for sorting things out at half time.

My only major disappointments this season remains last week's ropey result and display at Brentford and the 1-1 draw at Chelsea. Aside from that, a good start to the season. And on the plus side we get Trent and Thiago back after the international break. I'm certain that with those two players we'd have safely negotiated Brentford last week and would have got a win this week.

Only feedback is that Curtis Jones is still a player who doesn't influence games. He's very much a player who plays well when the team is playing well. But he can't force a display when the chips are down. That's mainly down to his age, he's still young. But there's still a lot of development there before he can force his way as a permanent starter.

That Mo goal deserved to be the winner but our performance in first half didnt deserve anything. I can live with a point.

4 points dropped in the last two games, despite having the lead 4 times in the 2nd half across both games. Really need to tighten things up at the back.

Overall we're 2nd in the table by 1 point, and 1 point ahead of City, having played 7 games including against both City and Chelsea, which is a pretty solid position to be in. Would have hoped to be top of the table given that we still have Chelsea and City but it's still pretty early. We're in the mix at the top.

F**k great game after the first half but just sh*t ourselves both times we got the lead.

Gomez just had to come on the second we went 1-0 up. Big mistake

Klopp u had to make that change as soon as we went ahead. Get Gomez
On for Milner for fucks sake!!!!!

First goal was clear as anything it was about to happen, Foden was in so much space with Milner completely unaware of him. Was one of those attacks where you know if the pass into him is right, then Alisson is picking the ball out the net. But Fabinho could’ve done more to prevent the pass.

What a half of football that was.

Disappointing we couldn't hold on but considering the first half I'll take that.

Pleasure to have witnessed that Salah goal.

He missed ONE game. He was on the bench at Porto and today. what are you on about.

Been injured for 3 years though. Yet they want to give him a new deal and let our most reliable midfielder walk out to psg for free.

Keita couldn't lace wijnaldums boots any day of the week.

Chamberlain has always suffered with injuries. Thiago I'm not too sure ... he was assaulted at goodison last season and was lucky it was only 3/4 months.

We are light on quality in midfield ... no doubt about it.

Feels like a loss after we gave up the lead so easily twice. Foden in acres of space both times should never have happened we never created or played like a team rather it was the individual brilliance of Mo and Sadio our midfield leaves a lot to be desired.

That is the key takeaway so far this season. For some reason we have forgotten how to see the game out with careless defense.

Gutted about the Fabinho chance at the end. Think that would’ve been enough.

I believe Allison would have blocked that last goal of not for the deflection.  That is why I wish we would shoot more from outside. Anything can happen  when you fire it on target with pace.

Will settle for the 2-2 :)
Thought they were the better team, but we had Mo, who setup Mane and scored himself, both brilliantly. WHAT a gaol he got. My MOTM by a stretch.
Milly blessed not to get a 2nd yellow, we got some luck there. Torrid 1st half for him.
Thought Hendo and Fab didn't quite look their energetic selves, but how could they playing week in week out. Citeh were better in possession in the middle and they put our back 4 under pressure mainly in first half, but also end of 2nd when we looked a bit knackered. No sign of Keita or AOC as subs, even when we looked wrecked in the middle. Says a lot about when Jürgen thinks of our midfield options.
Ally made a couple of important saves 1st half to keep it nil nil.
Jota quiet enough, and Bob barely mentioned when he came on.

Overall, great entertainment, less hair and fingernails than 90mins ago, but well done lads, particularly to Moessi :)
