I think boss needs to make the difficult decision on Ox. He seems like a nice lad who dont make fuzz but he isnt good enough anymore. Would like to move him on and get somebody else in. Even when Ox is on his best nowdays, its just above average. Too many below average performances from him and if you want to win things then you cant have passengers in the team.
