If Jürgen wanted to play Mane and Diaz in the same team then it'd make more sense to play Mane in midfield. Mane could play that position no probs in my opinion (he drops back in there quite a lot anyway if he's not getting the service up front) - in fact it could work pretty well. But Jürgen will be in no rush over Diaz, probably use him in the cups and off the bench for a while.

I believe him, Bob and Mo all have same contract dates.

Seems odd that Mo's is the only one being talked about (and even that one still hasn't got a resolution), would seem to indicate that Mane and Bob aren't a priority.

For a team needing a win can’t figure out wtf Colombia is doing sitting back and giving the ball to Argentina. Diaz quiet the first 20 with minimal feed.

That was painful to watch. Thankfully I’m not paying for this crap.

Diaz almost created the tying goal with a classy touch to bring down the ball with his chest at the top of the big box, dribbled and made a sweet pass to put Borja through on goal with Martinez making a great save. Other than that, Colombia had no intention to play.

Jürgen saying he has not ruled Luis out from playing at least some part.

Don’t think he speaks English yet but I’m guessing they speak Spanish in Columbia? So guessing he’s gonna be fine fitting in with the Brazilian lads etc

Hopefully we see him quite soon with the fixtures coming up, very excited!

Spanish and Portuguese are not all that similar. He’ll definitely understand some of it but far from being the same language. Not sure of his English proficiency though.

They speak Portuguese in Brazil, with him playing in Portugal for the last few years he should be pretty proficient in Portuguese

I thought he had a good game for a first time out in a Liverpool shirt. he can only get better and better as he settles into the Liverpool way. I believe he will get a lot of help from Jota in the coming months and we will see him really flourish at Anfield.All in all i was pleased to see the reception he got.
