Think we should let it slide today but need to park that attitude for the rest of the season.

11th consecutive win.  It's March and Quad is on.

Reds first QF appearance in the FA Cup for 7 seasons.

Taki by some considerable distance our best player tonight. Won it for us and even in that second half was a live wire with sharpness and awareness.

Taking Hendo off fu**ed up the space between defence and midfield. Absolutely acres of space for Norwich's players in that space. Remarkable the amount of space that Sargent had in the middle there. Needed hacked off the ball.

      A win is a win.
Didn’t think much of Elliot when he came on.
Origi and minamino faded in second half.
      Ox invisible.

      Most players were ok.

      Quarter finals here we come!

Let that beva lesson. When you drop intensity or dont play with any at all its hard to pick it up later in the game

He's not the worst at them. Certainly capable of a great crossfield ball. Hit or miss, tonight seems the perfect opportunity for him to find his range with that. It's nice that he's trying it out - and so nice to see his pace is still in tact. Has shown great speed tonight in defence

He played well for sure, top five performers for me. But I think there is a limit to what he can do passing wise.

But like you said when better than today, although nearly cost us a goal earlier.

I'm not going to bust their balls too much.  Lot of changes, comedown from the Wembley trip and lets face it there are some Premier League teams who either got knocked out or scraped through tonight.

We're in tomorrow's draw and that's all that counts.

God yeah. I completely forgot about that. And that ended in absolutely appalling fashion in the semis against maybe the worst Aston Villa in living memory. I have no doubt in saying that Liverpool ended that season playing sub Championship football. Actually, it was worse that that - in all honesty it looked semi professional at times. The worst I've ever seen Liverpool perform.

Safe to say we've travelled some distance since that last QF appearance. Puts any criticisms of tonight's sleepy moments in start contrast!
