Hate relying on other teams, especially since we bottled a few games this season. The Bornemouth game was a dagger

Mo's pen misses have proved costly. Miserable watching the results come in tonight for the arse-end of Euro football know we're in amongst that sh*te next term.

Me too but needs must sometimes.

      How's our luck though?

Brighton bottle it against the Bitters almost guaranteeing their safety.

Now they bottle it against Newcastle almost guaranteeing them Champions League.

They got a problem with us, have they? The cu*ts!

      F**k you Brighton!

      Europa it is 😩😩

Great, more European football to look forward to. The final is at Lansdowne Road, practically a home game if we got there. It would also knock the 12.30 Saturday kos on the head.

      Quote from Don77
No way that's happening. These charges will quietly go away. And they'll carry on. Too many people making too much money for them to be punished.

Ah, making money again. Why does every conspiracy theory in the game revolve around the notion of making money?

The charges will never go away. What exactly will be done about them is more important. It's three months now, what's the hold up for? Just deal with it, so everyone can move on.

Enjoyed watching Forest stay up earlier. Cooper had a massive job there building a new team from scratch but he did well and had an owner who actually backed him which was refreshing to see.

Always a good atmosphere at the City Ground too and their fans were classy when they came to Anfield too.

Agree. There are a few teams in the Premier league that have had 3 managers this season, with Chelsea getting worse every time they got a new manager.

Good to see a relegation threatened team sticking with a manager and surviving.

I guess its like any serious charge, it takes time, especially as there are 115 charges to defend, the charges are not going away, they are not going to spend 4 years investigating them, and then charge them, for those charges to simply disappear, they will be found guilty, and thrown out of prem.

No they won't. Too much dirty money coming into the league ... going in too many peoples pockets and some powerful, wealthy, corrupt and dare I say violent entities at play. Believe me, it will all go away.

About 113 of them will be thrown out. A couple will get 'proven' and then dismissed due to technicalities.

They'll then get a 30m fine for disrupting the investigation and a suspended points deduction.

Basically f*ck all will happen aside from them buying more trophies and trebles.

Leeds are most certainly done. Everton the great escape two years in a row. :(

Personally, just too many coaching changes for Leeds, and losing Phillips as well.

The whole investigation is about UEFA being "seen" to be acting on potential wrongdoing. We've seen this playbook a million times.
Months or even years of litigation will end with a verdict of not proven, or at most corporate negligence. Net result: Nothing....or at most, a ticking off.
UEFA can then claim they investigated it thoroughly and fairly.

To be honest, might be almost as good to watch Everton have to fight to escape relegation every year as opposed to them actually getting relegated. They can live in constant fear AND constant bitterness.
