So….6-8 weeks then till he starts light training?

Yeh probably,  sure he has had hip problem before or could easily be someone else can't keep track

Calvin Ramsay also out with a fresh ''long-term injury''. I think we saw as much of him as we saw of Arthur.

I have a sneaky feeling it might not be a huge loss

Thiago is a superb player who in a functioning midfield gives us so much

But when we need to really dig and battle he at times feels a luxury we can’t afford

With Thiago out Klopp will prob look for a more battling midfield which could help us get some form back

wonder how the Injury list is compared to when we used Melwood. We seem somewhat cursed

What I'm struggling to understand is the fluctuation. Last year, some players that we're used to seeing always being injured like Matip and Keita suddenly stayed fit (the former didn't even get injured more than once if I remember correctly). Now this season it seems we are back to square one and worse, we seem to have a record number of injuries in about every position you can think of. Why?

Wouldn't get in the team over cafu (cough) and milner anyway.

Mane, Origi and Taki ( 3 lads who all contributed during their time here ) plus a welah international right back ... all out ... nunez, ramsay melo and carvalho in.

That my friends is a disaster of a summer.

We will no doubt sell kellerher this summer. He's good and he contributes so he will get sold and replaced by someone nowhere near as good for a tenth of the sale price.

Suddenly you miss Origi? you wished he had gone long before

      Yep.

Should have been shipped out long ago and would not be earning wages at any other top club.

Jürgen kept him instead of getting rid and bringing in quality who would be wanting to play every week in order to keep someone who wouldn't rock the boat and sit happily on the bench.

Total lack of motivation and its to be expected he will sit and count his money for the next 12 months sadly.

Sad really as he has provided some amazing memories none of us will forget.

Talking of Origi, it would be great to have him in the squad tonight. He certainly made his name in derby games, with some very important goals, to demoralise the opposition.

He did and apparently when he's started, our clean sheet stats are better than when he hasn't. Swore I read that yesterday.
