A whole season out for Diaz, f**king gutting

Mid March wouldn't be the whole season. Pleasantly surprised to see Lucho running today. Hopefully he can still make a contribution.

Either our players are made of glass and we need tougher ones or our training and recovery are amateur. It's one or the other I'm afraid. That's a joke.

Not a good graph for recovery work and monitoring players tbh.

Gabriel Jesus back for arsenal - makes me wonder if we couldn’t have got 45 minutes from Diaz yesterday…after we bow out of the champions league we don’t play for 2 and a half weeks. What scares me is the longer we don’t play the worse we are

That is true but still not a great read from our perspective.

      Well that's what I meant.
If players are getting injured regularly it's a measure that our load monitoring isn't right.

It just time this fu**ed up season is ending and we can start the rebuild and bring in new players.

That injury doesn't surprise me considering how knackered he seemed towards the end of matches he'd started. Think we've overplayed him in recent weeks but maybe Jürgen felt he had no choice.

Another cruel injury. The kid was really coming along and could have used the rest of the season to further fit into the system/team and instead now is done until next season.

Not surprised,  way too big of an ask of the kid. he's looked absolutely knackered in every game he's played in the second half...but our midfield has been a wreck so we've had to throw him in so much...

Hendo and Stefan both ruled out for Madrid.

It's time for Arthur Melo to show us all what he's made of.  If we fail to advance, I'm blaming him.... 🤣

Hearing young Doak had a serious head injury early in tonight’s match. Was sparked out after first walking away from a head clash.
      Hope he’s ok
