He mentions Ali, Jota, Jones, dom and trent ... all out. Then he alludes to 'others' who are day by day. But doesn't mention names and says you will see what I mean tomorrow with who makes it. I assume the 'others' are Mo and Darwin. Unless we picked up even more injuries in training.
Mo & Nunez will play at Wembley

I would hope they are on the bench tomorrow then. Its a more important game than Sunday. We dropped points to Luton once ... we can't afford to do it again.

If they're able to play 30 minutes or so ... they need to be on the bench.

I strongly agree. PL is so much more worth and after City fumbled we have a shot.

If there is any doubt, we shouldnt be risking them. Rushing players back is what probably caused the latest Dom, Mo n Trent setbacks in the first place. Still a lot of games to go and we need to protect players.

Plus it's Luton at home. We'll still win.

Ali did his hamstring about 5 days ago now, how do we not know long he’s going to be out for?

Yep just seen. Seems like we'll get the info from the foreign sources since the club are so secretive about the injuries at the moment.

Can't see risking Mo and Darwin so Gakpo and Diaz with Elliott. Might be able to get away with not risking Ibou and play Quamsah. Can't see Gomez not playing so would imagine Robbo rested surely Bradley plays .

At this rate Jürgen is going to have to put a kit on and play with the lads.

Currently, we are missing or potentially missing 7 starters. The ''potentially'' comes from the fact that Mo and Darwin are both a doubt for the upcoming games with the JK saying they will have to be assesses day-by-day.

Some luck! 10 points off of Everton for this bullshit!

Not in the squad tonight, 50/50 for the final is the latest squabble.

Apparently he didn't want to come off at Brentford but came off as a precaution. Precaution to me is an 'he could have played on but we didn't want to take any chances' situation.

Feels like the tiniest thing now is 2 weeks minimum here. So frustrating. If we lose out this season because we're not good enough when it comes to it i can live with that, but we lose out because we can't get our players on the pitch il find it much more difficult to stomach.

Maybe the situation with Darwin was more than they originally thought.

If he can play 20/30 minutes I'd have him on the bench with the aim of not using him unless it's absolutely necessary.

My gut for tonight is no Darwin and salah on the bench

I think Nunez is the only one who has a chance tbh

Salah had to have felt something and that usually means resting it up whilst Nunez seemed to have a little twinge but again he could be out out too

We are at a massive disadvantage, Chelsea also had a big rest whilst we got most our key first team players out whilst they have not

It’s just one of those things, stay in the game and try to nick it

Only possible is we have the fa cup after that so hopefully gives
More time for the players to get back

      No chance in my opinion.

If neither was ready to train or give 20 minutes yesterday if needed ..  they won't be training today. They can't just magically heal in 2 days, train Saturday and play Sunday.

Jürgen seemed to think Dom was an outside chance. But I don't see anyone being back who wasn't fit yesterday.

And perhaps they were left out as Luton have Bitter Barclay in their side, and he wasn't gonna risk injury to players who had just recovered !
He clearly felt the side he selected was good enough to get the job done. Just a bit of tweaking required at half time.

Not for me. If they were able to play 20 minutes they would have been on the bench in a use if necessary scenaro.  No way klopp picks his team around whether ross barkley is playing. No way. Wtf is ross barkley?

And he said they were injured and couldn't play any minutes. So as I say, injured and unable to train or play last night means its highly doubtful they will be able to play any or little part Sunday.

Unless they arnt injured, they're telling us fibs and we took an almighty gamble last night and rested them. But I don't see that being the case either. We will find out Sunday eh.
