Also never mentioned Tsmikas when he came on his set pieces were top notch, to be a sub in a final and make the difference with his set plays is no easy feat!

In addition to your point I also felt he was effective on the left side going forward and making use of the space and his fresh legs in attack. He has had bit if a rough season but that sub appearance was great to see.

As for the game, seem like once we survived the final 15-20 minutes of regular time where Chelsea took it to us and keeper bailed us out I felt it was written in the stats to be ours.

      Ok, the rebuild begins.

First item on the list, put Tskimikas into hibernation until next season's League Cup opener.

That started last season getting rid of the original midfield.

      He's a ref from Manchester.
Last minute var awarded pen to the chavs anyone.

Yes, thanks for telling us he's from Manchester. For about the 5000000000000000000th and 1st time. We've heard he's from Manchester, so are about 4m other people, all apparantly biased against LFC. So what, we still won.

Wasn't surprised that VAR chalked off a legit goal. And definitely wasn't surprised by Kavanagh.

It was him who disallowed the goal. VAR showed him the offence only. Attwell did likewise 2 years ago.

No problem. We won then and we won now. Rewards the travelling Kop long trips to Fulham and Bournemouth in awful weather worthwhile.

1 trophy down, 3 more to go. Onto the next one.

It makes no sense why you have such a boner to die in the hill of VAR.
