Drawing lines is utter bullshit, if a call is that close its gotta stand its open to manipulation.
The tech isn't actually precise enough....the thickness of the line ( when adjusted to scale) is approx a foot wide...remember when you were onside when level?....How come these lines ALWAYS call it one way or the other...simple probabilities would mean some of them have to be level.

Yeah, never called it a 'dead heat' have thee. To give a goal the ball has to be 100% over the line but your off if you're 5mm in front or even less.

It doesnt matter how they come now. As long as the 3pts keep coming.

We made that more difficult with the poor start. We simply have to cut that out of our game.

Salah ... pure quality and delivers when it matters ... every fcuking time. Even after 7 years some still doubt him. Crazy.

I hope Brighton play like that against Citeh and Arsenal, thought they were superb today, they're not scared to play all over the pitch.

Mcallister brilliant today, full backs also.

What was Cody doing in those last five minutes?

They need to make the line 150mm wide, and if you’re behind the front edge of that, you’re on side.
But don’t forget that margin when it’s called against us 🤷‍♂️

Decent win but could have easily won, by a greater margin. Salah missed a few chances, Diaz scored the equaliser, & once again had a goal marginally ruled out.

Three points being the main object, still well and truly in chase for Premiership title !

On the whole it wasn't vintage but they are an awkward crew. Sat back on 1-1 as well and it needed a locksmith to pick them. Front 3 still misfiring a bit. Nunez bit blunted today, nearly scored sitting on his arse.

Diaz buzzed about and Mo is still sharp. But Macca picked the lock so he gets the Easter Egg. Too late the Boss has scoffed it..

Humiliating for Kostas to have to sit while Gomez plays his position. I do not think Gomez > Kostas at LB.

I like de Zerbi‘s philosophy, bring him in if Rafa is not available.

De Zerbi is good. I think his style would suit our players

His style def suits our players and current playing style. Amorin's 3-4-3 would be such a dramatic tactical change, but who knows.

Yeah, I'd love to watch our players go down every 30 seconds and not be able to defend across a whole season. Get De Zerbi in as soon as possible!

If it’s that tight the benefit of doubt should go to the attacker, the name of the game is scoring goals, we’re being denied that element of the game with tight offside decisions, lines shouldn’t come in to it, if you’re level your on for me, simple and effective!!

Its not just the lines, though, its the point at which the video is frozen (when thw ball is played). There has to be some margin for error there too, it must take about a tenth of a secobg to complete the contact that makes the pass. The ball is a blur.  Can they be that accurate it deciding the exact tenth of a sec the pass occurred?
Its still a subjective decision, just with tighter tolerances.
I’m having trouble tolerating that Diaz one today. Should have given him it to even up the Spuzz one!

Well done Reds, vital win. Can we please just have some 4 nils, though? Bit easier on the old ticker.
