In work - excuse the negativity.  We've got a real chance tomorrow - I hope we take it.
i agree with you because we can be more closer with the top three.

As things stand now we will be 5 points off the top if we win our game in hand, hopefully the bitters can do us a favour today as well.

Anyone still think the league is out of reach?

And with ManU's defeat today and if Everton can win over Arsenal or just draw (they are leading 1-0 now) then we will be 3 points off the top if we beat ManC and win our game in hand :-)

this is what its all about !

watching the teams above slip up for a change and gaining ground

As Eddie C has said a number of times,  if we are 6 points off the top around the christmas period we will be well in reach. We just need to keep winning and we will gain ground.

Long way to go yet, plenty of points to play for but at this stage of the season we can hopefully have a good strong run and see where we are in a few months

The bitters cocked it up.but its this could still be a great weekend for us-if we pull off a win tomorrow.Still only a small gap-we've just got to make sure we beat the other top teams when the games come around.

       :o :o

It was a shame as Chelsea are one of our rivals but at least it happened to Allardyce.

AS long as it is only a little sympathy for FAT SAM ,we dont want to go overboard.Better to save the sympathy for when he gets the boot. ( anytime soon )

      Arsenal 4 -1 Everton

      Bast*rds.

Up the Ham though, 2-1 up and Ronaldo missed a penalty. Some fans will be dropping off the bandwagon ay, Bolton now West Ham. Ha!

Its because of LFC being in the Champions League, and West Ham had their Carling Cup tie moved because the blue sh*te were in Europe. So they haven't got an apropiate date yet.

The date for the catch up game against The Hammers is the 29th of January but don't know kick off time.

Sorry Aussie mate, the 29th Jan is the away match against West Ham.
The game in hand is the home match, which still has it's date to be confirmed.

Fully agreed and sympathy the same to Big Mouth Sam. The standard of the linesman, or should I say integrity is questionable, something more than a human mistake. The FA must carry out a full scale investigation, not that it has only happened this time, it has happened once too often already in games that involved Chel$ki. Something is amissing here. We could all see that the scorer is a good 2 to 3 yards off site, how can the linesman missed that? It was not even a close call.

But redkop, that would involve the FA pulling their heads out of the sand, and they don't want to do that.

Best home record in the Premiership against the best away record in the Premiership.

It had 0-0 written all over it.

All the top four sides will win in the next batch of matches - the top 4 will remain as it is today.
